Ok, that's fine. Somehow I got the impression that the Romulans didn't help during the war which confused me. Glad to know they are still the same Romulans we know. (and love?) As for the Elyshans, I'll go off the assumption Aaron only knows basic info on them. Thanks for clearing up the confusion.
