A: That's not a simple question to answer. If you're asking best for a particular mission you'll get a different ship for each mission you can come up with.

A. Depends on the day....and whether it's fresh or reheated. I'd say Papa John's (minus the annoyingly long delivery time considering they're only about 2 miles away). Pizza Hut's is better reheated, and Domino's has the best garlic sauce (Domino's has moved significantly up in my world actually). If it were a franchise and still operational, I would've said Cucina's (Pizza/Italian place from my hometown). RIP Cucina's.
