Since I've created these two characters that I've started using a little while ago(Nassir and Blake), can I just keep using them(since Cheetara is busy) and have them put up on the manifest where I want them?

Yes, I can add NPCs to the manifest.
If you want to write full bios for them, you can. Otherwise I at least need the following: Name, Rank, Position, Gender, Race (possibly Age and a basic physical description as well).
