Jason looked out at the sea that stretched before him. He sighed heavily, taking in a breath of fresh air. Adam (NPC) was still laying in bed, asleep. Jason looked over at him, noting that his workouts with Jason were paying off. Adam was always atheletic. He, Adam, Fenton, Joey Breland, and Darkhelm would be transferring to the USS Malinche when she finished her current mission.
Not that Jason minded. As far as they knew they would get to keep thier current rank...plus he go to bring along both Tolara (NPC) and Joey (NPC), as well as there rather annoying droid.
Things were looking up for them...at least for the time being. He would have to wake Adam soon, they were supposed to meet Joey for lunch in a few hours.

Amanda awoke early that morning, invigorated by the salty sea air that filtered in through her window. She had gotten up and gone jogging, returning just after 7. For the next hour she had gone through various warm up routines and excersises, finally doing some meditation and judo moves. By the time she had gotten out of the shower at 8:15, she felt refreshed and re-energized.
Jason and Adam (NPC) were sharing the room below her. Breland (NPC) was across the hall while Joey (NPC) was on the same floor as Adam. Amanda was excited about being transferred to the Malinche; her friend Brad was already there and there seemed to be nothing but good things said about Captain Kersare.
She walked past the mirror, catching a glimspe of herself. She was tall, with long red hair and deep green eyes. Her body was tonned and athletic, a habit that was carried over from her time as a Marine. At the moment she was wearing a simple white sundress and some sandals. The beaches here on Maran were gorgeous.
Grabbing her combadge and tucking it in her small carry all she headed out the door. She would meet Barrett and the others later for lunch but first she had to do what every women was known for.

Jason was on the balcony, eyes darting across the ever changing sea. He felt calm here, at peace almost. Behind him steam flowed from the bathroom where Adam (NPC) was taking a shower. The water stopped running, Adam coming around the corner with a towel wrapped around his waist.
"Still admiring the view?" he asked, coming up behind Jason and putting his arms around his waist.
"Gah!" Jason yelped. "You're getting me all wet!"
"It's just water, it will dry you know," Adam responded, releasing his embrace. He grabbed some clothes and then headed back into the bathroom.
He came out a few minutes later, wearing sand colored shorts and a white sleeveless tee-shirt. Not that Jason minded, Adam was built enough to pull it off.
"So, what do you want to do before lunch?"
"I have no clue what do you want to do?" Jason asked, flopping down on the bed.
"Oh no, we did that yesterday...and wasted 45 minutes...you decide."
"Well, what do you want to do?"
"Dammnit! Thats not funny...what do you want to do?"
There was a knock at the door, prompting Jason to get up and answer it. Joey (NPC) was standing there, smiling broadly. Jason was then aware of Zero (NPC) the rust colored robot standing behind him.
"Morning guys, trying to decide that you want to do?"
"Yeah," Adam nodded. "Zero, what do you want to do?"
"Query: Is this a rhetorical question or one that requires an actual expression."
"Experssion."
"Hesistant Answer: If it were up to me masters, I would like to engage in a orgy of destruction and violence. Clarification: However, I know this is not acceptable behavior and would not do so without your consent."

They had decided to rent some hover skies and head out across the lagoon, although they soon found out that niether one as as good a pilot as they thoughy they were. Nothing like flipping them over a few times to remind them of that fact.
Jason fell on the bed, Adam falling on top of him and planting a kiss on his lips before rolling off him to lay at his side.
"So, what do we do now?" Adam asked.
"First off I would say stop soaking the bed we have to sleep in."
"Mr. Logical," Adam grunted.
"Secondly, I would say get changed. We both know that Amanda and Joey (NPC) are going to he showing up in a little bit to go get food."
"Do I have to?" Adam asked, drawing small circles with his hand on Jason's chest.
"Yes," Jason smiled, rolling to his side to plant a kiss on Adam's cheek. "Besides according to the brochur that club you wanted to go to tonight has a line starting at 5:30."
"You're going to go with me?"
"Sure, why not."
