What have you done this month to improve the quality of your sim?
Kept the storyline going and gave crew ideas as far as what to post about. I\'ve been trying to keep people involved as best I can, especially with several people on LOA/missing.

Additional Comments:
Posting was lower this month than last, but I attribute that mainly to having around 6 people either on LOA or missing for most of the month (1 just came back from LOA this week, 1 will be getting removed if he doesn\'t post in the next week-ish, 1 got stabbed, 1 had her father die, 1 was sick/in the hospital, and 1 has been having computer issues). So, really I had about 10 crewmembers actively posting. Luckily 4 of the 6 are pretty much back to full capacity, so that should help.

Otherwise, things have been going well. I\'m hoping to get our new mission started in February

The Malinche and Sentinel (Peacekeeper) are sent to find the missing USS Sirion which had been attacked by Borg. A Borg cube has been sighted in the area - will the JM succeed? And who will survive?

We had a couple less posts this month than last month, but 2-4 people were on LOA at least part of (if not all of) this month. Overall, the JM is going smoothly, which is good. We\'ll be rendezvousing with 2 ships (probably this week OOC), then the heart of the mission will begin!

Latest monthly report....Scarily enough, we had 6 posts less this month than last (yes, I know I didn't post last month's monthly report), but I kinda go into my theories on that at the end.

Hopefully we can improve our posting this month.

Not such a great month. I lost 3 crew (1 resigned due to time constraints, other 2 weren\'t posting), 5 were on LOA at least half the month, etc. I did, however, get two new crewmembers, which is good.

Posting numbers were slightly worse this month than last, though I mainly attribute that to the mass LOAs... I also know of at least 3 JPs (7 posts total) that are currently in progress, but obviously can\'t count them since they\'re not posted.

I\'m going to write a news article soon and potentially advertise more (I already went on a mini recruiting drive this month) to perhaps draw in a few more crew. Other than that, we\'re trying to move things ahead with the JM - this has partly been accomplished and will pick up more soon. Unfortunately the Peacekeeper also had a slow month (and lost 3 crew) so that didn\'t really aid in moving things along.
